A little room
for your voice.
Finding your voice without losing yourself.
Twenty-two guided sessions. Practical tools.
Space to begin at your own pace.

What am I feeling,
and what am I asking for?
You don’t have to have
the right words yet.
I’m glad you’re here. You may arrive with something you want to say, a question you have been carrying, or no clear sense of what you feel. There is room for each of those beginnings.
I hope this companion gives you space to notice what is true for you, put some of it into words, and decide what you want to do next. Writing something down and sharing it are separate choices. Some words may stay on the page. Some may become a request, a limit, an apology, or a conversation you have been wanting to begin.
Take these sessions at your own pace. Leave a prompt blank when you want to. Keep what helps, question what does not, and ask for support when you need it. Your voice matters, and so does your judgment about when, where, and with whom to use it.
